Youssef Ouchra is an artist who was born in 1984 in Casablanca. He studied in broadcast media and computer graphics. Ouchra's creations were born from the observation of the evolution of man in the modern world. He questions the impact of the repetitive gestures of everyday life, but also the interaction of man with his environment. What becomes of the first nature of the human being and how does it evolve in our currently connected society? What is the power and influence of our minds, the perpetual flow of messages broadcast by the media and which increasingly integrate all our daily actions?
Thanks to these problems, Ouchra demonstrates that he is an artist of the present time and encourages the spectator to awaken those parts of his consciousness that might have been asleep by the force of conditioning. The strength of our daily gestures and the importance given to them Youssef Ouchra is also a committed artist, denouncing the reasons that nourish the conflicts of our world. In his work entitled "Peace-Cure", his body is covered with more than a hundred needles of acupuncture, in the bearers of flags, to emphasize the necessity of a global treatment of the evils of our society where we in Are, well in spite of us, all Interconnected. He lives and works in Casablanca.

The poet is a man who has the imagination and psychology of a child. His perception of the world is immediate, whatever ideas he may have of it. In other words, he does not describe the world, he discovers it. ― Andreï Tarkovski
